🍪 Sweet Support in Idaho Falls

How cookies and kindness go a long way.

We’re back with another heartwarming addition to our RAK 2025 Blog Series, and this one reminds us that even the simplest gestures can carry deep meaning.

This time, the spotlight is on Brett Parmenter, an FM Talent employee who decided to use his $20 to bring a little sweetness, and a whole lot of heart to a local women’s shelter in Idaho Falls.

“It is a very well-run organization,” Brett shared,
“and the staff were very grateful.”

With just one thoughtful trip and a box of cookies in hand, Brett delivered more than a treat, he delivered recognition, gratitude, and care to a team of individuals making a daily difference in the lives of women in need.

Why It Matters

Sometimes, kindness isn’t about grand gestures.
It’s about seeing a space where people give so much of themselves, day in and day out, and offering something in return, just to say, "You’re appreciated."

Brett’s Random Act of Kindness is a great example of how a small amount of money can make a meaningful impact when guided by empathy and intention.

You Can Do It, Too.

Whether it's baked goods, coffee, or a kind note, find someone in your community who could use a moment of recognition. Let them know you see their efforts. That you care. That their work matters.
