Celebrating FM Talent's most inspiring Random Acts of Kindness campaign yet.
When we launched this year's Random Acts of Kindness (RAK) Campaign, we hoped it would inspire a few thoughtful moments.
What unfolded over the past two months was something far greater.
It became a movement.
Across neighborhoods, cities, workplaces, shelters, stores, parks, restaurants, animal rescues, and communities, the FM Talent family chose kindness—again and again.
One act inspired another.
One story encouraged the next.
One person decided to make a difference...
...and together, those individual moments became something extraordinary.
🌎 A Summer Filled with Compassion
Throughout this year's campaign, our employees, contractors, alumni, and even family members found countless ways to make life a little brighter for someone else.
We watched people...
❤️ Feed families facing difficult times.
🥤 Surprise strangers with cold drinks during record-breaking heat.
🚗 Help someone get to work by putting gas in their tank.
📚 Support local bookstores and small businesses.
🐾 Care for rescue animals waiting for loving homes.
🛒 Purchase groceries for families in need.
💙 Encourage healthier lifestyles by sharing knowledge and hope.
🧥 Donate clothing and essential items to shelters.
🤝 Volunteer their time for organizations serving their communities.
🚚 Thank delivery drivers, sanitation workers, veterans, and everyday heroes.
Every story was unique.
Every act mattered.
Every kindness made our world just a little better.
Every Year, the Ripple Grows
One of the most exciting parts of this year's campaign was seeing how much it continues to grow.
More participants.
More stories.
More communities impacted.
More opportunities to remind one another that kindness still matters.
What began as a simple Random Acts of Kindness initiative has become one of FM Talent's most meaningful traditions.
It has become part of our culture.
And that's something we're incredibly proud of.

One of the greatest honors of this campaign has been transforming your experiences into stories that inspire others.
Each blog became more than a recap.
It became a reminder that kindness is contagious.
Your experiences will continue encouraging visitors to our website long after this year's campaign has ended.
That is a legacy worth celebrating.
The Campaign Ends... The Kindness Doesn't
Although our official Random Acts of Kindness campaign has come to a close, kindness never follows a calendar.
It doesn't end because July ends.
It doesn't wait until next year's campaign begins.
Kindness lives in everyday opportunities.
A smile.
A conversation.
A helping hand.
A generous heart.
So we encourage every member of the FM Talent family to continue looking for opportunities to brighten someone's day whenever they present themselves.
Because we've learned something remarkable over these past two months:
