What Is Random Acts of Kindness (RAK)?
For years, FM Talent has encouraged our team to make a difference beyond the workplace through community engagement, compassion, volunteerism, and human connection.
RAK is our way of turning kindness into action.
Not for publicity.
Not for recognition.
But because helping people matters.
This campaign is about intentionally looking for opportunities to uplift others in a world that can sometimes feel disconnected.

This Year’s Mission:
Create a Better Tomorrow — One Act at a Time
Throughout RAK 2026, we’re encouraging everyone to participate in ways both big and small.
You might:
Pay for someone’s coffee
Help a struggling parent
Donate clothes or food
Leave quarters at a laundromat
Encourage someone who’s discouraged
Deliver care packages
Spend time with an elderly neighbor
Support a coworker going through a difficult season
